Welcome and thanks for stopping by!

Tapping into life force energy through the creative process – in myself and others - is my passion.

For over a decade I had a weekly practice of painting spirit coming though my brush onto paper and then putting the resulting painting on the altar at my dance class. I went from painting to dancing! I’ve learned how to receive and let life force flow freely through me  – hence the name PainterDancer.

I invite you to peruse those paintings here.

Opening the doors to creative flow is one of the most empowering experiences we can have as human beings. As an artist and creative facilitator, I offer this experience to others with a 90 minute
